DbNetTime supports billing by allowing you to assign hourly billing rates to Users, Projects, Tasks, Project/Users and Task/Users.
Rates can be highly targeted with the ability to assign a specific rate to a particular user for a particular Task. DbNetTime will always find the most specific rate that is applicable to the User. This means you can create a default rate against the user and then override that rate where necessary for specific Projects and Tasks.
The standard reports all support a billing mode which will report the value of hours worked instead of the number of hours. Report will only include time for which a rate has been allocated. Entered time that is not associated with a rate is automatically excluded from the report.
